Description

Process systems equipped in this way are used in the food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. The ALL IN ONE procedure enables a highly flexible use. A large number of process steps are integrated into one system, and the finest emulsions are produced and homogenized. Shear-sensitive goods are incorporated into highly viscous emulsions.

The patented technology offers, among other things, decisive advantages in fine size reduction while maintaining or even improving product quality. The high adjustment range of the dynamically controlled shear forces of the system ensures flexible use in the production of storage-stable products such as emulsions.

A major advantage is the direct dosing of solids in the area of ​​the dispersing turbine itself. In this way, lumps are destroyed again immediately after they have formed. Evenshear-sensitive goods are gently mixed in homogeneously in an emulsion or suspension that has been produced in advance in the same plant.

This saves the need to change the system and thereby achieves economic and hygienic advantages in the manufacture of high-quality products.
